We're looking for a dynamic

Sales Executive

to join our team at That's My Craft, where design meets innovation. The ideal candidate will drive sales for our

interior design products as well as Turnkey and Consultancy services

, connecting clients with creative solutions that elevate their spaces. You'll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting inquiries into successful projects. If you're motivated, personable, and excited by design and sales alike, we'd love to have you on board.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities for

interior design products, Consultancy and Turnkey design services

. Handle client inquiries, understand requirements, and present tailored design and product solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. Conduct site visits, product demos, and client meetings to showcase materials, concepts, and design possibilities. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports with attention to detail and accuracy. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and effective lead management. Stay updated on

industry trends, market competition, and new product launches

to identify growth opportunities. Represent That's My Craftwith professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for design excellence.

You'll work directly with our founder, experiment with bold ideas, and see them come to life in real spaces across Gujarat.

Preferred Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in Sales

, preferably in

interior design, architecture, or real estate

. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Proven experience in

client handling, lead conversion, and follow-ups

from inquiry to project closure. Basic understanding of

interior design concepts, materials, and industry trends

(a strong plus).

Confident, well-presented, and self-motivated

, with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Ability to

work collaboratively with designers and project teams

to align sales goals with creative output. Excellent

negotiation and presentation skills

with attention to professionalism and detail. Comfortable using

MS Office or design-related software

to manage leads and reports. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for design and client experience.
