Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries
related to trips.
Do
follow-ups with leads
and assist in trip bookings.
Coordinate with
sales team
and
operations manager
for confirmations.
Maintain proper records of payments, passenger details, and bookings.
Assist in managing
Google Sheets, CRM, and basic Excel reports
.
Ensure smooth
customer communication before & after trips.
Requirements:
Excellent
communication skills
in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
Must be
organized, polite, and responsive
over call & WhatsApp.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
Prior
travel company / call-handling / tele-sales
experience preferred.
Should be based in or near
Ahmedabad
.
Work Hours:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary:
?12,000 - ?20,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives on confirmed bookings.
