Job Description

Monthly Sales Reports (Total amount of sale figure, pieces, KG, parties, new parties names with sales, no. of new toys introduction in sales, no. of parties follow up, no. of new inquaries, total couriers sent, current target v/s future target and query or suggestions.

Maintain healty relation with customers, Full fill Daily Sales Report, Quotation preparation and Negotiation and forward to customers.

Customer satisfaction, query solution, follow up, customer needs analysis, special follow up with irregular customers, Manage dispatch shcedule and transport confirmation.

New customer PDC and personal details collection, LR, Invoice and packing list to be sent to customer, Confirmation with customer about material delivery if not, further introspection, Payment reminder as per sale terms and conditions, Query solution related to perticular order.

Customer visit (regular customer & new customer), Active participation in meeting, suggestion, any specific query, All over customer follow up and feedback, Target setting with Sales Head and analysis.

New market devlopment Ideas, Current market trends (information gathering from customers), Suport in Social Media market -design posters as per festival, new toys video / image for youtube.

Support in catalogue development, confernece hall display, sample kit preparation and need base graphic works, Support in retail toys segment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
