Job Description

Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling. Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase the company's products and services to prospective clients. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other sales tools. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines at all times.
