The Interior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and promoting interior design and fit-out solutions. The role requires a balance of sales expertise, design knowledge, and customer relationship management to deliver tailored interior solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into sales through networking, site visits, and referrals.
Meet prospective clients to understand design requirements, budget, and timelines.
Present interior solutions, material samples, and proposals effectively.
Collaborate with design and project teams to prepare accurate quotations and presentations.
Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and achieve assigned targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, or real estate.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret floor plans and design concepts (preferred).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
