Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, online channels, and referrals.
Promote and sell travel packages, holiday deals, group tours, corporate travel, and customized itineraries.
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and roadshows to boost sales.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
1-3 years of proven sales experience (preferably in travel industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and travel booking processes is an advantage.
