Sales Executive - Industrial Sales



We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive

to join our team, specializing in

industrial sales

. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets within the industrial sector.

Responsibilities



Identify and prospect potential customers in the industrial sector through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while developing strategies to expand the customer base. Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively present and demonstrate our products/services to provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Actively follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and successful conversions into sales. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support) to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and outstanding service. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Sales Executive (or similar role) in

industrial sales

. Minimum Qualification: Graduation in

B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, MBA, Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

. Strong knowledge of the industrial sector, including familiarity with products, equipment, and processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to demonstrate a strong track record of achieving sales goals. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
