Conduct tele-calling to generate and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable electronic products/solutions.
Maintain relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Electronics or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in
tele-calling / inside sales / customer service
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and explain technical products in simple terms.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

1-3 years (Sales / Tele-calling preferred)
