Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, demos, and follow-ups.
Present and explain the application features to potential customers.
Assist customers with account setup, configuration, and onboarding process.
Provide training and guidance to users for effective usage of the application.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer queries during onboarding.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Document customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year experience in Sales, Customer Support, or related field (preferred in software/SaaS).
Strong communication & presentation skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English preferred).
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Comfortable with calling, Google meet, and live product demonstrations.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and follow-up process.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
