IT Sales Executive (Inside Sales)
to join our Surat branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales for our IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and online channels.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in CRM.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to optimize strategies.
Requirements:
Education:
Any graduate (preferably in Business, IT, or related field).
Experience:
0-2 years in IT sales / SaaS sales / software sales (Freshers can apply).
Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT products and services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,382.89 - ₹38,605.93 per month
