Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers. Handle B2B / B2C sales for diamond and diamond jewellery products. Present and explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers with confidence. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve assigned sales targets. Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings to expand customer base. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Good negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:



Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Diploma/Certification in Gems & Jewellery will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
