Roles & Responsibilities ? Achieve monthly sales targets. ? Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales. ? Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. ? Respond promptly to customer/dealer queries via email, phone, and other official channels. ? Track and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. ? Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions. ? Continuously work towards improving customer experience and service quality. ? Record and report customer/dealer feedback and inquiries proactively. Requirements ? Passion for customer service and problem-solving. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus). ? Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or sales role. ? Prior exposure to customer care platforms like Freshdesk will be an advantage. ? Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
