- B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mechanical) - Mandatory
- Related engineering disciplines with relevant experience may also be considered
- Understanding of insulation systems (Thermal, Acoustic, HVAC)
- Familiarity with industry standards, specifications & application techniques
- Strong problem-solving & project-handling ability
- Good communication & Presentation skills
- Ability to read & interpret technical drawings
- An extrovert personality with interpersonal skills preferred
- MS-Excel proficiency required
