Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales for our HVAC and air system solutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored HVAC or ventilation system solutions.
Conduct product presentations and site visits for potential clients.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Provide timely feedback to the technical and service teams regarding customer needs.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes.
Maintain records of sales activities using CRM or company reporting tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
