Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Requirements and Skills:



Proven experience as a Sales Executive. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
