About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves driving sales conversions through client interactions, presentations, and property/site visits (in-person or virtual). The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, skilled in building client relationships, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and events.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and arrange site visits or virtual tours to showcase projects.

Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable project options.

Provide end-to-end support during the sales cycle, including post-sales assistance.

Address client queries, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with campaigns.

Share timely updates with the Sales Head on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and transaction processing.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in CRM.

Track competitor activities and provide insights to management.

Submit daily/weekly sales updates to the Sales Head.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (preferred).

2-3 years of proven sales experience (any industry, real estate experience is an advantage).

Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/digital sales tools.

Preferred Skills



Ability to conduct both in-person and virtual property visits.

Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

Result-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.
