The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting banking/insurance products, generating new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering suitable financial solutions while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Promote and sell products
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Ensure complete documentation and adherence to company/industry compliance standards.
Participate in promotional campaigns, sales drives, and marketing activities.
Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports.
