Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial projects, factories, warehouses, and infrastructure development sectors.

2. Promote and sell PMC services including project planning, design coordination, cost estimation, scheduling, and site management.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.

4. Understand client requirements and provide customized PMC solutions in line with their project objectives.

5. Coordinate with technical and project teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders.

6. Negotiate and close contracts ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming industrial projects.

8. Maintain sales pipeline and submit regular reports to management.

9. Participate in industry networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to generate leads.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
