The Fern Residency Hotel, Vadodara, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room reservations, banquet sales, and corporate tie-ups while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting the hotel's services to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue (rooms, banquets, F&B). Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote hotel services. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand the client base. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports. Assist in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus). Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
