Our real estate company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and preferences
Provide information about properties and their features, prices, and related matters
Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships
Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and developments
Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
