Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong customer relationships. This role involves driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience. The position offers a competitive base salary along with an attractive commission on sales generated.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of jewellery collections, materials, and trends. Assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their style, occasion, and budget. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Process transactions accurately and maintain proper billing records. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Maintain store presentation, stock displays, and inventory. Handle customer queries, after-sales support, and complaints professionally. Stay updated with current promotions, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales (jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion preferred). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

Compensation

Competitive base salary. Attractive commission structure based on sales generated. Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
