Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Kept accurate records of sales activities and generated regular reports.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role. (1-2 Years)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM practices and sales tracking tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
