Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our services, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to guide clients through our process, from initial contact to after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

? Call potential clients from the provided database and explain company services.
? Educate clients about government funding schemes, grants, and certification services.
? Handle client queries effectively and professionally.
? Follow up with clients regularly and ensure smooth communication.
? Provide timely updates to clients regarding their application status.
? Maintain client data and records using basic Excel.

Required Qualifications & Skills

? Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling/client handling.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Confident, persuasive, and client-focused approach.
? Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
? Basic awareness of government schemes (10 days of training will be provided).
