Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory
Conduct field visits daily to promote products and build new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Regularly follow up with customers for orders and payments
Visit the warehouse 1-2 times a week (as required) for coordination
Meet potential clients, deliver product presentations, and close deals
Provide timely reporting and updates on sales performance
Ensure all Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) are met
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
(preferably in FMCG or institutional sales)
2-wheeler mandatory
for fieldwork
Proficiency in
MS Excel
Fluency in
English
and the
local language
(Gujarati for Ahmedabad)
Graduate degree in any discipline
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good public relations skills with a customer-centric approach
