What We're Looking For



4-6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with 1-2 years in outbound sales Prior exposure to logistics, freight, or supply chain is a plus but not mandatory Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident, professional phone demeanor Self-starter with a hunger to close deals and outperform targets High level of organization with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven sales approach Willingness to learn -- full training in logistics and international freight processes provided

Key Responsibilities



Lead outbound sales campaigns targeting importers and exporters across UK market. Develop a robust portfolio of B2B clients through strategic prospecting and consultative selling Nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-up, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities Understand customer needs and recommend customized logistics services that meet operational and financial goals Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience Accurately maintain CRM data and sales pipelines, tracking key metrics and KPIs Stay abreast of industry trends, trade regulations, and market shifts in freight and logistics Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and customer engagement benchmarks
