Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base in Gujarat.
Conduct regular field visits to meet with dealers, distributors, and retailers, promoting products and generating sales.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and providing ongoing support.
Regularly visit the stock location to manage inventory and coordinate material needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role within the electrical industry.
Proven track record of successful field sales, marketing, and business development.
Strong understanding of dealer, distributor, and retail channels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to travel extensively within Gujarat.
