Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive / Lead Generator to support our business
development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating
contact, qualifying leads, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead and client information. Schedule meetings and product presentations for senior sales staff. Follow up with prospects regularly to move them along the sales pipeline. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Coordinate with marketing for campaign feedback and improvement. Prepare weekly reports on lead status and conversion metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn. Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus.
