Key Responsibility:
Identify and target potential advertisers, sponsors, or partners
Pitch podcast shows or podcasting services to relevant clients
Create and present compelling sales proposals and media kits
Negotiate ad rates, placements (pre-roll, mid-roll), and contract terms
Close deals and ensure timely execution of ad campaigns
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Work with content, marketing, and production teams to tailor offerings
Track and report on sales pipeline and campaign performance
Stay updated on podcast industry trends, CPM rates, and ad formats
Use CRM tools to manage prospects, leads, and conversions
