Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients.
Provide training and onboarding support for new customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical or service-related issues.
Assist clients with product setup, testing, and implementation.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries.
Work closely with the product and development teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
0-1 year of experience in sales and technical support (Fresher are also welcome)
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain software products and services.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
