We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented

Sales Executive & Business Development Executive

to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new leads through various channels, and closing deals in the IT services sector. Experience working on freelance platforms such as

Fiverr, Upwork

, and similar is essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads and acquire new clients through platforms like

Fiverr, Upwork

, and other B2B channels. Execute

cold outreach campaigns

via emails, calls, and social media to engage prospects. Identify potential clients' business needs and propose suitable

IT & digital solutions

. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Achieve individual and

team sales targets

by converting leads into long-term business relationships. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, and support) to ensure successful project delivery. Provide timely reports and updates on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements:



1-2 years

of proven experience in

business development, sales, or lead generation

, preferably in the

IT or digital services

domain. Hands-on experience with

freelance platforms

like Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Proficient in

cold outreach strategies

across email, phone, and social media. Strong communication, negotiation, and

deal-closing skills

. Solid understanding of

IT services, digital marketing

, and technology-based solutions. Experience with

CRM tools

(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and

Microsoft Office Suite
