Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls targeting the Australian market
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and follow-ups
Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their requirements
Collaborate with team members and report progress to the sales manager
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales preferably in an international (Australian) process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work during early morning hours aligned with Australian business hours
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Self-motivated and target-driven
