The role involves working on company incorporation processes, client servicing, lead generation through various channels including LinkedIn, handling and nurturing leads, and managing the end-to-end sales process effectively. The ideal candidate should be a proactive communicator and capable of handling a fast-paced business development environment.
Candidates with knowledge of business laws, international business practices, and experience working with CA or CS firms will be given preference. The role also includes targeting Indian entrepreneurs who wish to establish businesses in the UAE, and assisting them with visa and PR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
Maintain consistent follow-ups to engage potential clients
Handle inbound leads and ensure timely and effective communication
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to present company services
Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM or Excel formats
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding and project delivery
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
Lead generation expertise, particularly via LinkedIn
Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry practices
Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
Educational Qualification
Minimum Required:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
Preferred:
Background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
