Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to meet the needs of our clients in the technology sector.

Duties



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities. Utilize Salesforce software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance. Collaborate with the business development team to identify market trends and potential areas for growth. Present technical solutions to clients, demonstrating how our products meet their needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product benefits. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. A proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
