Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-driven

female Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the

real estate or hospitality industry

, and must be comfortable with

high-volume daily calling

,

lead generation

,

follow-ups

, and

client coordination over Zoom

. This is a

field-based role

, and candidates should be open to

travel

as required. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make 40-50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients

Generate and qualify leads from various sources

Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel

Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with clients via Zoom

Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/Excel reports regularly

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in

English and Hindi

Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality

Proficient in basic sales and negotiation techniques

Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is an advantage

Preferred Background

Prior experience in

real estate sales

(broker or property sales)

Female candidates with strong client-handling abilities will be preferred

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
