We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, and closing sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on incoming leads via calls, emails, and meetings
Understand customer requirements and present appropriate products or services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
Provide timely and professional after-sales support
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert campaign leads into sales
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (Internships/Projects count)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
