The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling Injection Moulding Machines in the assigned region. The role demands a sales-driven approach with aggressive follow-ups and consistent field visits to generate and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly visit potential clients and existing customers.
Generate new business enquiries.
Convert leads into sales orders with support from reporting manager.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and clients.
Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
B.E. / Diploma in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering
OR MBA in Marketing / Sales
Industry Preference:
Sales in Plastics Moulding Machines, Auxiliaries, Moulds, or related industrial products
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of Plastics and Injection Moulding Machines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency (email, MS Office, CRM tools if any)
Language fluency: Hindi, English, and local languages (especially in southern states)
Soft-spoken and confident in handling clients
Working Hours / Shift:
flexible based on field requirements
Travel Requirements:
Frequent travel across the assigned region
