Attendance and Payroll

. Ideal for someone with strong IT sales experience and a passion for HR tech.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and convert leads for HRMS/ERP SaaS solutions Conduct product demos & presentations Handle full sales cycle - outreach, meetings, follow-ups, closure Understand client HR/payroll needs and pitch accordingly Meet sales targets and maintain CRM reports

Requirements:



1-5 years in SaaS or IT product sales (HRMS/ERP preferred) Excellent communication & negotiation skills Knowledge of HR/payroll processes a plus Familiar with CRM tools & B2B selling
