Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients, architects, interior designers, and project managers to generate new business.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
Present and demonstrate product offerings in a compelling manner.
Handle walk-in clients at the showroom and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the design, sourcing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales reports and client databases using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in furniture/interior sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to understand aesthetics and client preferences.
Familiarity with furniture materials, finishes, and design trends is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Graduate in Interior Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
