Key Responsibilities



Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Provide technical support to developers. Troubleshoot code-level issues, error logs, and technical configurations. Assist clients with product setup, testing, and implementation. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and networking. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical or service-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries. Work closely with the product and development teams Provide training and onboarding support for new customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in sales and technical support (Fresher are also welcome) Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain software products and services. Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
