Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings and industry trends
Regularly update CRM with customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales service and client satisfaction
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a customer-first attitude
Proficient in using mobile apps or CRM tools for reporting and tracking
Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable)
