Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identifying potential clients through various channels like networking, market research, and cold calling.

Sales Presentations:

Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Sales Cycle Management:

Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Sales Reporting:

Tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales performance.

Product/Service Knowledge:

Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services.

Market Awareness:

Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands.

Collaboration:

Working with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure customer needs are met.
Skills & Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.

Ability to identify and resolve client issues and challenges.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the products or services being sold.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales technologies.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
