Job Description

Responsibilities:



? Make regular telecalling follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

? Send emails and WhatsApp messages to share company profile and fix meetings for the sales team.

? Explain basic product offerings and route serious inquiries to the field sales team.

? Maintain lead tracker, call logs, and meeting appointment sheets in Excel or CRM.

? Share daily updates with the reporting manager on outreach, responses, and meetings fixed.

? Coordinate with the sales team to align meeting schedules with client availability.

? Respond promptly to basic client queries and escalate specific requirements to the concerned team.

? Support lead generation campaigns by following up on marketing inquiries and exhibition contacts.

? Reconnect with old or dormant leads to revive potential interest.

? Ensure timely and professional communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Requisite Skills:



? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Inside sale preferred Industry: Lab Furniture, Scientific/Analytical Instruments, Turnkey Lab Setup, Construction/Architectural Projects related to Labs or within a manufacturing or technical industry.

? Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer coordination preferred.

? Comfortable using Excel, Email, and WhatsApp for business communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
