About the Role:

Cybermatricks Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and career-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. This role offers an opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales, client engagement, and market development within the IT and cybersecurity training industry.

We're looking for someone who is confident in communication, organized in follow-ups, and enthusiastic about both calling and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via phone to explain company services. Consistently follow up with leads to drive conversions. Conduct on-site visits for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building. Implement sales strategies to meet individual and team targets. Maintain lead and client data through CRM tools. Establish long-term client relationships with timely updates and support. Conduct basic market and competitor research. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Assist in gathering data from online sources to support lead generation.

Eligibility Criteria:

6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, tele calling, or marketing. Graduate in any field (preference for Marketing, Mass Communication, or IT). Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets. Willingness to travel locally/Metropolitan Cities for client meetings. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Positive attitude with a learning mindset and target-driven approach.
