Sales Executive - Air Conditioning Solutions



Location: Ahmedabad,Gujrat

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the air conditioning (HVAC) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of air conditioning products and services to commercial and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or segment.

Promote and sell air conditioning systems, including split, ducted, VRF, and industrial cooling solutions.

Meet with contractors, consultants, HVAC engineers, and end users to present product solutions

.



Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.

Qualifications and Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in mechanical field, Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

2+ years of sales experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and solutions like Ahu Syastem,VRF & Ducted Industrial HAVC

.



Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

:
Experience in project-based or solution-based HVAC sales.

Knowledge of local building codes and HVAC standards.

Existing network of contacts in industry like construction,chemical,pharma,engineering & architect consultans.
