Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research & Competitive Analysis:



Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and demand patterns. Analyze competitors' strategies and provide insights for business development.

Customer Relationship Management & Sales Growth:



Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns to enhance retention. Drive sales through direct and indirect channels, achieving assigned targets.

Marketing & New Client Acquisition:



Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers. Identify and onboard potential clients to expand the customer base.

Field Visits & Market Insights:



Conduct regular visits to all the East Indian areas to understand market dynamics. Gather real-time market news, trends, and customer preferences.

Team Building & Collaboration:



Work closely with the internal team to improve sales strategies.

Agency & Partner Management



Establish and maintain connections with textile agencies and sales agents. Collaborate with marketing agencies to enhance brand outreach and promotional activities. Negotiate agreements with third-party distributors to optimize market penetration.
