Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Handle documentation, such as Bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements. 2) Negotiate freight rates and taxes. 3) Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective action. 4) Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems 5) Provide guidance and support to other staff in the organization. 6) Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information 7) Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. 8) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. 9) Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board 10) Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience 11) Suggest sales process improvements
