Address customer inquiries and resolve objections effectively to facilitate the purchasing process.
Provide feedback to product development teams regarding customer preferences and suggested improvements, and participate in planning promotional campaigns.
Prepare formal proposals and documentation as part of the bidding and tendering process.
Monitor inventory levels and assess the quality of displayed products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Organize and execute market visits or tours to gain firsthand understanding of market conditions.
