Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have

2 to 4 years of proven experience in generating local business leads

and closing deals in the

IT services sector

. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, qualify, and generate new local business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, SMEs, and business stakeholders. Pitch IT services including web development, app development, digital marketing, and eCommerce solutions. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals and close deals. Track and report on sales performance, lead status, and pipeline using CRM tools. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to boost visibility and lead generation. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



2-4 years of experience in sales or business development in an IT services company. Strong local network and understanding of regional business landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a strong ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in using CRM software and productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's OR Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Prior experience in B2B sales of web, mobile, eCommerce industry or digital solutions. Basic understanding of eCommerce lifecycle and digital technologies.
