Key Responsibilities
Market Exploration: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs within the Maharashtra region.
Client Acquisition: Prospect for and acquiring new clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction. This includes proactive outreach, addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and providing ongoing support.
Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records and data.
Concept Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and tailor sales pitches to meet individual client needs.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
Experience in international trade and export-import operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
