Job Description

  • Generate and qualify franchise leads (calls, WhatsApp, portals, ads, referrals).
  • Explain franchise model, investment, ROI, and brand positioning clearly.
  • Conduct initial calls, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects.
  • Share franchise documents, brochures, and coordinate meetings with seniors.
  • Maintain lead data, call logs, and daily follow-up tracker.
  • Push prospects toward EOI, site visit, and agreement closure.
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, and design teams post-closure.
  • Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and close deals ethically.
  • Report daily/weekly performance to Franchise Manager.
Skills Required:
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Sales mindset with follow-up discipline
  • Basic Excel/CRM knowledge
  • Experience in franchise / real estate / retail sales preferred

  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • High school degree
